Ingredients

  • Carton Lemon Jelly
  • Table Spoon Mint Flavoured Syrup
  • Cup of Boiling Water
  • Cup of Cold Water
  • Jelly Mould

Directions

  • Add one cup of boiling water to the gelatin dessert mix.
  • Stir until dissolved.
  • Add one table spoon of mint syrup.
  • Add one cup of cold water.
  • Pour very gently into the moulds and leave to cool.
  • Once cool, place the mixture in the refrigerator until set (2 - 4 hours).
  • Turn out and serve and enjoy.
